Share TV screen/window

Turn the conference room TV on. (The TV will automatically display the Airtame application)

From your laptop select the Airtame app.

From the Airtame app find the desired conference room. (There are 6 Airtame conference rooms, Coburg, Presidents, Schools, Training Center, Wartburg, and Wittenberg.)

To Share a screen:

Open Airtame app and hover over the correct conference room.

Select “Share screen” button. (A)
Enter the 4-digit number displayed on the TV screen.

Select the desired screen and select the “Share” button.

To Share a window:
Open Airtame app and hover over the correct conference room.

Select “Share window” button. (B)
Enter the 4-digit number displayed on the TV screen.

Select the desired window and select the “Share” button.

To join a meeting:
Open Airtame app and hover over the correct conference room. (Figure 1)

Select “Join call” button. (C)
Enter the 4-digit number displayed on the TV screen. (D)

Select “Join call” next to the desired meeting. (The upcoming meetings form will be displayed)

Select the “Join call” button for the desired meeting. (E)
Once in the meeting the Airtame Control form will be displayed.

* If the Teams or Zoom meeting, you are joining is not on your calendar select the correct “JOIN MANUALLY” option.

For Guests:

• Sign laptop on to guest Wi-Fi. (WELS-Guest)
  Password: InChristAl0ne!
• Open a browser on your laptop and go to airtame.com/share.
• Enter the 5 character code displayed on the TV screen. (you do not have to turn Caps Lock on)
• Select the blue “Share screen” button.

• From the choose form select Windows or Entire Screen tab select option and select “Share” button.
• Select “Stop sharing” when done.

• When done, please shut TV off
