Important Information!

Before you can visit your WELS Cloud profile page you will need a username and password. Your username needs to be in the format of [email protected] where username is the one assigned to you (example: [email protected]). Although it looks like an e-mail address, it’s only purpose is as your username.

If you know your username and password, click Proceed to My WELS Cloud. If you don’t, press Get Help.

Follow these steps to login to your WELS Cloud profile page:

  1. Enter your WELS username into the Sign in field (e.g., [email protected]). DO NOT enter your own e-mail.
  2. Select the Next button.
  3. Enter your password and select the Sign in button.

  • Usernames should all be in the format [email protected].
  • The @wels.net added to your username doesn’t necessarily mean you have a wels.net e-mail address, but identifies you as belonging to our account.
  • If you need to change or reset your password, visit passwordreset.microsoftonline.com.
